Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA) – Basketball Court

          Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA) is one of the most sought-after residential subdivision in the south or Metro Manila because of its prime location, first-class facilities, and easy accessibility to the business districts of Muntinlupa City, Makati City and Pasig City.

          Energy-efficient lighting is a part of a greater initiative – the AAVA, has advocacies to educate residents, businesses and visitors and to implement programs for energy efficiency, recycling, water conservation, energy conservation and more. They have been using three different lighting technologies in its indoor basketball court – LED, HPS and Metal Halide.

          The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf offer customers the coffees and teas from around the world, hire friendly staff from the local community, and provide a clean comfortable place for customers to relax while they enjoy their purchase. Working with Ecolighting Solutions, we were able to harness a variety of lighting products to create a compelling space that highlighted the appealing ambiance that resided within their stores.

          CBTL were using CFL (Compact Fluorescent Light) for the lighting in their Greenbelt Branch. Their need for cost effective lighting and better illumination for their branches have been address by ELS by installing 8WLED lights which greatly improves the lighting condition of the CBTL Greenbelt 3 branch as well as the power consumption.

Energy Development Corporation

          Energy Development Corporation is the largest producer of geothermal energy in the Philippines and the second largest in the world. It is involved in geothermal, hydro and wind energy projects. A lighting transformation was necessary to ensure workers could efficiently do their jobs while simultaneously reducing energy costs. The installation of new lighting is expected to reduce energy use and maintenance costs each year.

          With the help of ELS, the 400W metal halide lighting installed in the warehouse, which only produce 26 Lux was replaced with 100W Ecolighting Solutions LED Highbay lights which produces 96 lux making the warehouse well illuminated and consumes less electricity.

Flying V

          Flying V is a local chain of gas station established in 1997 concentrating on oil importation and retailing. The company is considered pioneer in promoting biofuels and is the only oil company in the Philippines to make pre-blended biodiesel available in its stations.Flying V has been using Metal Halide lighting in its fuel station forecourts.

          They need better illumination at less energy consumption. Using HYMOES-HGD with less lighting units of the lower-watt Luxio Canopy Light products, Flying V saves 84 % Percent of the power consumption cost after installing the Luxio Canopy Lights.

HDI – Billboard Operator

          Founded in Singapore in 1986 and present in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and the USA, HDI is geared towards the exemplary service of individuals and communities around the world. Through leadership by example and a willingness to share, HDI is about helping others make a difference in their lives and their communities.

          HDI uses 14 units of Floodlights for the illumination of their billboards but they need better illumination at less energy consumption. ELS used ELS LED floodlights, using less lighting units of the lower-watt ELS LED Floodlight products to create a wide distribution of light, capturing otherwise wasted light and redirecting it towards the illuminated surface.

          The 10 units of 400W Wualight Floodlights provide the HDI billboard in EDSA P. Tuazon great illumination and the billboard can be easily noticed among other billboard along EDSA.

Coronado Street (Mandaluyong City) – Streetlights

          Joining the many municipalities across the Philippines that are continuing to recognize the benefits of efficient roadway lighting technology is Coronado Street in Mandaluyong City is near the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge which is a prominent area because its minutes away from the Makati, Mandaluyong, and Ortigas Business districts, saving a lot of time for people traveling to and from work.

          In order to provide the safety for roadway and residents, Mandaluyong City government has balanced against the high power consumption and enough illumination, and decided to install ELS LED energy-saving Street light on one of the most bustling streets – Coronado Street. Their main need is better illumination at less energy consumption.

          Ecolighting Solutions installed 150W & 100W LED Streetlights. Resulting to 100W and 150W ELS Streetlights performance is impressive and it saves up to 50 percent of the city power consumption to Coronado Street.

Petron – Fuel Station

          Petron is the largest oil refining and marketing company in the Philippines, supplying more than a third of the country’s oil requirements. Petron has been using LED lighting in its fuel station forecourts but they wanted to improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. Using ELS LED Canopy Lighting products, when combined with long life and quality construction, we were able to greatly lower ongoing maintenance costs and maintain brand consistency by minimizing sign outages in their fuel station.

PTT – Fuel Station

          PTT primary business of marketing refined petroleum products and lubricants are focused on three major segments – retail, wholesale and commercial markets. PTT uses 150w LED Lightings in its fuel station forecourts and in need of better illumination at less energy consumption for their gas stations.

          ELS installed 150W ELS LED Canopy Light resulting to the fuel station and provided a much better illumination than the previous 150W LED Lights. The switch to this lighting system means greater longevity, reduced maintenance time and costs compared to previous upkeep needs.

World Trade Center

          The World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) in the financial center of Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines is a private corporation owned by the Manila Exposition Complex and the ICCP Group of Companies. Established in January 1990, it is managed by the World Trade Center Management, Inc. The center is the Philippines’ link to global networking and provides services and facilities to business people for conducting international trade, trade-related events, and others. Ecolighting Solutions retrofit the 250W Metal Halide with much better illumination at an average of 80 lux and with better light distribution, longer lifetime and can save up to at least 60% of WTC current electricity bill and maintenance with an estimated payback period of 2.40 years. In addition, Ecolighting Solutions high efficient high bay lights equipped with high CRI light source of up to 96Ra, providing safety and excellent visibility for workers, exhibitors and guests.
